1. Muyang E-commerce is committed to providing you with high-quality goods sales services on the Shopify platform, including but not limited to product display, order processing, and customer service support.
2. We will make every effort to ensure the normal operation of the services. However, in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable and unavoidable factors, we will restore the services as soon as reasonably possible, but we will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused thereby to you.

3. Accounts and Registration

1. When using the services of Muyang E-commerce, you need to create and register an account on the Shopify platform. You shall provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information, including but not limited to your name, email address (15164244551@139.com), company name (Shenyang Huanggu District Muyang E-commerce Technology Studio), company address (Poly Phase VII, Huanggu District, Shenyang, Liaoning), phone number (+8615164244551), and business registration number (92210105MADWK0X41A).
2. You shall keep your account information confidential and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. In case of any unauthorized use or security vulnerabilities found, you shall immediately notify Muyang E-commerce.

4. Goods and Sales

1. Muyang E-commerce will display your product information on the Shopify platform as agreed. You shall ensure that the product information provided is true, accurate, legal, including product descriptions, pictures, prices, inventory, etc.
2. You are responsible for the quality, packaging, shipping, and after-sales service of the products. Muyang E-commerce has the right to supervise your product sales activities. If it is found that you violate laws, regulations, or these Terms, we have the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your sales services.
3. Order Processing: Muyang E-commerce will notify you to handle the shipping process upon receiving a valid order. You shall complete the shipping within the specified time and update the order status in a timely manner. If the order is delayed or cannot be shipped due to your reasons, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities, including but not limited to refunding customers and compensating for losses.

5. Prices and Payments

1. The prices of the products are set by you, but you shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and market rules. Muyang E-commerce will display the products on the Shopify platform at the prices set by you.
2. Payment Methods: The payment methods supported by the Shopify platform will be applicable to your product sales. Muyang E-commerce will assist you in handling payment-related matters, but will not be liable for payment failures or disputes caused by payment institutions.
3. Settlement Cycle: Muyang E-commerce will settle your sales proceeds to the account designated by you according to the settlement cycle agreed with you. During the settlement process, if the payment cannot be settled normally due to errors in your account information or other reasons, Muyang E-commerce will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue, but will not be liable for any overdue interest or other losses arising therefrom.

6. Intellectual Property

1. You guarantee that the products you sell do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third parties. If the products you sell infringe the intellectual property rights of others and cause any losses or liabilities to Muyang E-commerce, you shall fully compensate Muyang E-commerce for its losses.
2. Muyang E-commerce owns the intellectual property rights to the platform technologies, software, logos, etc. used in the process of providing services. Without the written permission of Muyang E-commerce, you shall not use, copy, modify, or disseminate them without authorization.

7. Confidentiality Clause

1. Both parties shall keep confidential the other party's trade secrets, customer information, etc. known during the cooperation process. Without the written consent of the other party, neither party shall disclose or use such information to any third party.
2. The validity period of this confidentiality clause shall continue to be effective for [1] years from the effective date of these Terms until the end of the cooperation between the two parties.

8. Liability for Breach of Contract

1. If a party breaches the provisions of these Terms, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract, pay liquidated damages to the other party, and compensate the other party for the losses suffered thereby. Losses include but are not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, loss of expected profits, attorneys' fees, and litigation costs arising from safeguarding rights.
2. If a party is unable to perform the provisions of these Terms due to force majeure or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, it shall not be regarded as a breach of contract, but shall notify the other party in a timely manner after the occurrence of the force majeure event and provide relevant supporting documents.

9. Dispute Resolution

1. The interpretation and implementation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of HK..
2. In the event of any disputes arising during the performance of these Terms by both parties, they shall first try to resolve the disputes through friendly consultations. If the consultations fail, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in Shenyang Huanggu District.

10. Other Terms

1. Modification of these Terms: Anshan Central Asia Tianchi reserves the right to modify these terms according to business development or changes in laws and regulations. The revised terms will be posted on the Shopify platform and will be effective as of the date of Posting. By continuing to use our Services after the terms have been amended, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.
2. Effective: These Terms are effective from the date you register on the Shopify platform and use the Services of Zhongya Tianchi until you stop using the Services.   
3. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK
